Officially Certified!
After one month of a 200-hour immersion yoga teacher training, I have grown both within myself and among my Kripalu tribe. I am beyond excited to have officially become a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher!! It was a journey, to say the least. Together we survived waking up at the crack of ridiculousness (aka 5:30am) as we prepared for a 2 hour yoga session every morning and somehow we were able to make it until our last yoga session ended at 6pm. It would not have been possible without all the love and support from the Tribe. Hugs and smiles were being exchanged no matter where you were or what direction you looked (a reminder that we were all in it together). After 4 long weeks that flew by, hours of hard work and persistence, and 4 empowering practice teaches, I am ready to share what I have learned with my community.
I am a confident yoga teacher.
I am empowered.
I have what it takes.
